About the Role
We're looking for a creative and user-focused UX/UI Designer to join our team. You'll be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging user experiences across web and mobile applications, working closely with clients and development teams to bring designs to life.
Responsibilities
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Present and explain design concepts to stakeholders and clients
- Stay current with UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices
- Advocate for the user throughout the product development process
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and analytics
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end concepts
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
